Growing up, I wanted to be a Detective and always wanted to help people. After graduating from College, I was fortunate enough to have a 27 year career in law enforcement. I spent most of my career in the Special Victims Unit, which was difficult but rewarding at the same time. I was able to see the positive impact I made on Victims (survivors) and their families. When I retired, I was a Lieutenant in charge of the Special Victims Unit, Domestic Violence Unit, and the Megan’s Law Unit.
Fitness and living a healthy lifestyle was also a major part of my life. After retirement, I was trying to find something to do where I could still make a positive impact on people. I had a few part time jobs but hadn’t found what I wanted.
In September of 2018, I moved to this area and was looking for a gym and a nutritionist. I have had Crohn’s Disease since I was 10 years old and I was having problems finding the foods that were adding to my stomach issues. I found Alesha and this strong community of amazing women. I began personal training, group classes, and nutritional counseling with Alesha.
Alesha asked me if I wanted to become a trainer and I now found my passion. I love making a positive impact on strong women and seeing them reach their goals.
