PowHER and/or PowHERful are terms ACF uses to describe female empowerment through sweat. PowHER sweat classes are available for mommy groups, schools, and any other place of employment. They are 30 minute classes that are designed to elevate your heart rate and break a sweat in a short amount of time. High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the specific exercise used, no equipment required just your own body weight!
