2 tbs of olive oil

1 tbs of chopped garlic

6 cups of fresh String beans (ends clipped)

¼ tsp of red pepper flakes

Sea Salt (to taste)


Heat up a large frying pan.  Add the oil, lower the heat and add the garlic once the oil is hot. 

Once the garlic is slightly browned, add the string beans and spices. 

Stir the string beans to incorporate the garlic and spices evenly. 

Lower the heat and cover the mixture.  Cook for about 15 minutes until the beans are slightly tender.
