3 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT YOU NEED AT HOME

Whether you are going to a gym or working out at home, you can always use some things for your house. Having simple pieces of equipment in your home can be great when you are in a pinch and need to do a quick workout. Everything is inexpensive and basic. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.

JUMP ROPE: seriously, my favorite thing ever. Don't underestimate a something so simple. Jump ropes get your heart rate up and gets you a quick sweat! 

DUMBBELLS: no, I am not telling you to go out and buy a whole set. You can use 5lb. or 8lb. dumbbells. You can incorporate these into any workouts you do. It will just give you an extra boost! 

RESISTANCE BANDS: these are AMAZING. Squats with resistance? YES! You will definitely feel the burn way more when using these bands.
