As a clinical nutritionist and personal trainer, I’m very fond of avocado. Obsessed, one could say. And why shouldn’t I be? It's loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins; it’s appetizing and calorie-dense yet low in sugars making it a perfect addition to any low-carb paleo diet.
