4 WAYS TO EAT AN AVOCADO

As a clinical nutritionist and personal trainer, I’m very fond of avocado. Obsessed, one could say. And why shouldn’t I be? It's loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins; it’s appetizing and calorie-dense yet low in sugars making it a perfect addition to any low-carb paleo diet.

Nevertheless, I’m not here to play up the health benefits of avocado. I’m here to tell you about some of my favorite ways to eat it. I believe there are many creative and fun ways to eat it that go way beyond eating avocado on toast.
