Apple Cider Vinegar also known as ACV, has been getting a lot of hype. Why though? ACV has a lot of health benefits and it's super easy to use. All you need to do is add 1-2 tbsps. to your water each day. It's always best to do it when you first wake up. I love adding lemon as well. So why am I telling you to do this? 


1) it helps to stabilize blood sugars: when you have blood sugar instabilities it can cause many health issues, one of them being diabetes. Now I am NOT saying you can have a bad diet and that you can just do ACV and be fine. You need to combine ACV with a healthy diet to reap the health benefits. 

2) can improve digestion: eating a lot of protein can definitely mess up your digestion. It is suggested to take in 2 tbsps. of ACV before eating each meal. This will help stimulate stomach acid and improve your digestion! 

3) can reduce body odor: ACV can level out your PH, which can cause you less odor. You can actually apply it directly to your armpits as well. 

If you are thinking of trying ACV, try doing 1 tsp. and see how you feel. You may have to work your way up to 2 tbsps. Always make sure to dilute this in water and do NOT take it raw.
