Turmeric has been popping up a lot lately. I have been seeing turmeric lattes and drinks that are adding turmeric into them. Why is everyone jumping on this bandwagon? Turmeric has many health benefits and is considered a superfood.
You can essentially add turmeric into food and smoothies. They do sell turmeric supplements, but I am a huge advocate for doing the real thang!
