OVERNIGHT MUESLI

This breakfast will really help you start your day. I get it, the weather is getting cold, and all you want to do is stay in bed. Well, with this warming breakfast you'll feel awesome and excited to start your day! (okay, maybe I am being dramatic), but really, it's delish and a must try! Give those eggs a break, and try this!

Ingredients 

1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats 

1 tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes 

1 tbsp. sliced almonds 

1 1/2 tsps. ground flax seeds 

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt 

1/4 apple grated 

 

Directions

1) in a large bowl combine the oats, shredded coconut, almonds, flax seeds and hemp seeds. 

 

2) stir in the almond milk, yogurt and grated apple. Mix well and cover overnight 

 

3) enjoy the next morning!
