Okay, so I get it-its the holiday season, but that doesn't mean it all goes out the window! You still need to maintain some sort of routine. I am going to make it super simple for you to stay on track with your workouts. You do not need any equipment and you don't even need to leave your house! Come on, what excuse do you have now?! 5 exercises you should do before getting your eats on

1) Mountain Climbers: these babies are such good cardio and get your heart rate way up (45 seconds)

2) Push Ups: all body weight and really works on arms, and chest (45 seconds) 

3) Planks: one of the best core workouts (45 seconds) 

4) Burpees: well, because I had to! Full body work out..and who doesn't LOVE a good burpee though (45 seconds)

5) Squats: YES! We love squats, really work those glutes (45 seconds)

Repeat 3x and BOOM, you just did a great workout! Now go eat :-)
